Laval’s new triennial tax evaluation was submitted by the Service de l’évaluation on October 31, 2012. It goes into effect on January 1, 2013 and continues until December 31, 2015.
Laval’s tax bills and assessment roll have also gone digital. Any member of the public who wants to look up a property tax evaluation can use the services at https://taxe.ville.laval.qc.ca.
Residents can now access their property assessment roles by property address, registration number or lot number. Those who who want additional information on their evaluation may contact the Service de l’évaluation by phone or go to the Multiservice Counter at Laval City Hall from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
